| Maryann has developed a style of clay work
from her desire to combine all her artistic interests into one medium. She loves
working with clay, and after years of experimenting, she has developed a method of
painting on white low fire earthenware clay. Most of her work
is done on a slab roller which enables her to make a great variety of functional and
decorative ceramic servicing pieces.
She also does customized tiles for clients for kitchens, bathrooms,
murals and floors. Her painted drawings resemble watercolor paintings and are as
true to nature as the materials allow. |
